14-Day Return Right Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked.

Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Damaged or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement — photo evidence required (where the damage can be seen and make a video if necessary to show the damage)
- Personalized or custom items cannot be returned (we don't offer personalized or custom items at the moment)
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 days
- For low-value items, we may offer a full refund without requiring the item to be returned
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Legal Guarantee (EU)
In accordance with European consumer law, all customers within the European Union are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee on all products. If a product is defective or does not conform to its description, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Wrong Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
